By the end of June 2013, the project will have created 2 identical notice-boards to be prominently displayed at the premises of the Coordinating Beneficiary and the MTCE. The notice-boards will be of size A0 and will clearly display the project brand (Action E.1), the Natura 2000 logo, the LIFE+ logo and publicity requirements as specified. The logos of the Coordinating Beneficiary, Associated Beneficiaries and sponsors/cofinanciers will also be included.
The notice boards will be attractively designed and will provide basic information about the project’s aims and objectives, and the measures being taken to achieve these objectives. The notice-boards will draw attention to the project website, and invite interested parties to visit the website for more information and to participate as volunteers in the boat-based observations.
Upon the installation of the notice-board at the MTCE, an official project launch will be held (Action E4), where the press and the media will be invited to cover the event, which will generate interest among the general public. While the design and layout of the notice-boards will be carried out inhouse by the Coordinating Beneficiary, printing will be done through external assistance. Installation of the notice-boards to be installed at the premises of the Coordinating Beneficiary and the MTCE can be carried out inhouse by the Coordinating Beneficiary.
