LIFE+ MIGRATE PROJECT public training workshop

You are hereby being invited to attend a LIFE+ MIGRATE PROJECT training workshop about the identification of cetaceans (dolphins, whales and porpoises) and turtle species. This event will be held on Friday 11th July at 17.30 at the BOV Head Office (Cannon Road, Santa Venera).

This training workshop will also give out information about the dedicated scientific boat-based surveys which will be conducted from July till September by an expert Spanish scientific team “KAI Marine Services”. They have kindly allocated a few spaces for those interested in joining part of these scientific surveys as volunteers; however people who can join will also need to take an interview and have to be able to help out and assist in this survey as we cannot interrupt the scientific data gathering exercises. Thus, if you are really interested you will need to attend this basic training workshop.

Should you wish to attend, please confirm by Thursday 10th July (latest by Friday 11th July before 11o’clock), by sending an email on: [email protected]
